Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Distribution Operations, Supply Chain, or Warehousing.

Position Summary: Nestlé is looking for a dedicated Team Lead Operations to ensure optimal inbound and outbound efficiency at our Distribution Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize labor and resources effectively.
• Coordinate vehicle availability for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with FEFO (First Expired, First Out) loading practices.
• Maintain a steady supply of empty pallets.
• Oversee adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Desired Skills: We seek candidates who demonstrate strong initiative, proficiency in MS Office and SAP, and the ability to work cohesively within a team.
