Position Summary: Nestlé Pakistan is looking for a dedicated Team Leader Operations to oversee inbound and outbound activities at our Distribution Center. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include optimizing staffing levels, coordinating transportation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing Good Warehouse Practices.

Success Factors: A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or relevant Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree with 2-3 years of experience in Distribution Operations or Supply Chain is essential. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP “MH Modules” is required.
