Job Description
MTBC is hiring a QA Lead with 4+ years of experience to lead testing of desktop and web applications for the SOMOS department in Rawalpindi. The role emphasizes telecom and billing domains, automation design using Java, Python, or JavaScript, and basic SQL query writing.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and test automation (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps or GitHub), JIRA, and Agile practices
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation skills, and fluent spoken/written English
- Bachelor’s degree required; morning shift, on-site office work; one position; gender-neutral
