Job Description
We are seeking a courteous, professional Inbound Call Center Representative to handle incoming customer inquiries, deliver accurate product information, and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Answer inbound calls and accurately log interactions in the CRM.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and meet performance targets.
- Exhibit strong communication, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
Minimum high school diploma required; prior call center or customer service experience preferred. Basic computer literacy, availability for flexible shifts, and completion of company-provided training are expected.
