Job Description

Mindwhiz is hiring a full-time HR Associate for an on-site position in DHA Phase 8, Lahore (7:00 PM–4:00 AM). Candidates must have a minimum of one year of HR or recruitment experience.

• Responsibilities: full-cycle recruitment, building candidate pipelines, conducting interviews and reference checks, onboarding/offboarding, maintaining HR records, supporting workforce planning, employer branding, performance tracking, and ensuring compliance.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business (Master’s preferred), strong sourcing and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Compensation: up to Rs65,00/month, plus health insurance, fuel allowance, and exposure to global HR practices.
