Job Description
Midland HealthCare Services Pvt. Ltd., located in Multan, is on the lookout for dedicated and qualified faculty members to enrich our Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) Department. Our mission is to deliver exceptional education in Allied Health Sciences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging lectures and hands-on practical sessions.
- Create and evaluate course materials and assessments.
- Oversee laboratory sessions to promote student achievement.
- Provide mentorship to students throughout their academic progress.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings and initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- MPhil in Medical Laboratory Technology (preferred) or BS in Medical Laboratory Technology.
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
