Job Description
M I Enterprises is seeking qualified candidates for the position of HR Officer. This full-time role is based in Faisalabad, and we encourage applications exclusively from local candidates.
Requirements: Male candidates are preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is essential, along with 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
Key Skills: Proficiency in payroll management, grievance handling, creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), and job description writing is required. Familiarity with In Page, ERP systems, and advanced Excel functionalities is also necessary.
