Job Description
Leads Expert BPO is looking for confident and energetic individuals to join our team as Medicare Verifiers during the night shift. In this role, you will make outbound calls to verify customer information while ensuring compliance and a high standard of professionalism throughout the customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to verify customer information.
- Keep detailed records and recommend products as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience (Medicare experience preferred).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong English communication skills.
