Job Description

KazSoft Technologies is actively seeking a fluent English-speaking individual for an inbound sales and customer support position. If you are motivated, possess outstanding communication skills, and have previous call center experience, we encourage you to apply!

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in English: Ability to communicate confidently with US customers without the use of scripts.
• Experience: 1-2 years in a reputable call center, BPO, or software house.
• Campaign Experience: Previous experience with US telecom campaigns is essential.
• Availability: Must be willing to work night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM.
