Job Description
Mars Junction, a division of Mars BPO PVT LTD, is seeking a committed IT Assistant for our Gulzar-e-Quaid branch located in Rawalpindi. This full-time night shift role is crucial for the continuous support of our BPO operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and maintain workstations and network systems.
- Install and oversee operating systems along with industry-specific software.
- Ensure security measures and data backup protocols are in place.
- Provide immediate technical support to staff as required.
Requirements: A minimum of 1-year experience in a BPO IT environment, proficiency in hardware and networking, and the capability to perform under pressure.
Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month.
