Job Description
EcoEnergy Systems is excited to announce an opening for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship presents a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and fostering employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Support the onboarding process and documentation.
- Organize activities aimed at enhancing employee engagement.
- Provide valuable administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate or final-year student in HR or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office.
This is a three-month internship offering a monthly stipend of PKR 10,00 to 25,00, with the possibility of a permanent position thereafter.
