Job Description
Damco Freight Forwarding is looking for a North Cluster Manager to join our Contract Logistics (MCL) division. This position will be responsible for overseeing operations at multiple warehouse and cold storage facilities in Northern Pakistan. The ideal candidate will ensure the effective execution of warehousing operations, uphold high service standards, drive cost efficiencies, and maintain customer satisfaction in alignment with Maersk’s global standards.
Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and fostering innovation in warehousing practices. The North Cluster Manager will also oversee financial planning and assist in onboarding new clients.
