Job Description

Translation Empire is in search of a dedicated Knowledge Base Administrator to ensure our knowledge base is thorough, updated, and easily accessible. In this essential position, you will be responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining content that serves both our employees and customers. You will oversee the upload and organization of content from completed tenders and bids into the Easy PQQ Knowledge Base Portal, ensuring all information is well-structured and easily retrievable.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of bids is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration is a plus.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficient in platforms such as WordPress or CMS Hub.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Work mode: Onsite | Shift Time: 12 PM – 9 PM | Location: Sector F DHA 1 Rwp | Salary: Competitive with market standards.
