Job Description
Indigo Developers is on the lookout for a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth and foster client relationships in the Karachi area. This position entails managing a team of sales executives and crafting effective sales strategies to maximize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement regional sales plans aimed at revenue enhancement.
- Guide the sales team towards achieving optimal results.
- Recognize and pursue new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends to refine sales strategies accordingly.
- Generate comprehensive sales reports for management review.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), with 6–8 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position, along with outstanding communication skills.
Location: Karachi (in-person required). Salary: Rs180,00 – Rs200,00/month.
