Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Academic Officer to support undergraduate program management. Required: MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or Education (HEC-recognized) with 4–5 years’ experience in academic management or teaching. PhD and accreditation experience are desirable.
- Manage proposals for new UG programs and coordinate curriculum review committees.
- Assist Academic Council meetings (ACM), draft policy working papers, implement HEC/accreditation guidelines, and monitor follow-up actions.
- Handle undergraduate academic queries/complaints, convene IHDs, prepare minutes, and track action items.
- Strong knowledge of higher education policy, data management, MS Office; skills in curriculum development, governance, administration, and communication.
