Job Description

Abacus Outsourcing is seeking dedicated Call Center Agents to provide exceptional healthcare customer service for Apna Clinic. The ideal candidates will possess 1-2 years of experience in pharmacy, clinic, or hospital environments, along with a fundamental understanding of medical terminology.

Your primary responsibilities will include addressing patient inquiries via phone, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and upholding patient confidentiality. Strong communication skills in English and Urdu are required, as well as proficiency in MS Office and the ability to thrive under pressure.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary of up to Rs 45,00.00 per month, with in-person attendance necessary.
