Job Description
Source Code Academia is inviting applications for the role of Academic Coordinator to oversee both academic and administrative operations within our department. This full-time position requires effective supervision of teachers, ensuring curriculum consistency, and upholding exceptional teaching standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise teaching staff and manage class schedules.
- Provide training sessions for new teachers and students.
- Ensure alignment with the approved curriculum.
- Monitor teacher performance and attendance records.
- Organize and facilitate departmental meetings.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, along with 3–5 years of relevant experience and exhibit strong communication and leadership abilities.
