Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Lahore. Candidates should possess a DAE in Electrical, Electronics, or Power. The role’s primary responsibilities include troubleshooting OLT and MSAG issues, addressing slow internet speeds, resolving no dial tone problems at MSAG/MSAN, and performing hardware replacements. Additionally, the engineer will conduct PMR on MSAG/MSAN/OLT, troubleshoot GPON network issues, and carry out GPON speed testing at OLT ends.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of PKR 37,00 to PKR 45,00 per month, along with medical insurance benefits.
