Job Description

Jobizon HR Solutions seeks an experienced Truck Dispatcher with direct Amazon Load Board expertise to support freight movement nationwide. The ideal candidate understands Amazon load rhythms, Relay workflows, and keeps trucks moving efficiently.

• Responsibilities: Book, assign, and monitor Amazon loads; communicate with drivers and Amazon support; track progress; troubleshoot issues; optimize routes to maximize revenue and minimize downtime; maintain accurate load, rate, and schedule records.
• Requirements: Proven experience dispatching Amazon loads (mandatory); strong knowledge of Amazon Relay compliance; ability to manage multiple trucks; reliable communication skills; familiarity with U.S. lanes and freight patterns; attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Preferred: Experience with small fleets/owner-operators; basic ELD and regulatory knowledge.
