Job Description
Jani Biryani is seeking a diligent Kitchen Supervisor to manage our kitchen stock, inventory, and supply chain operations at our central kitchen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels, accurately recording usage, and entering daily inventory data into our systems.
Key responsibilities include generating stock reports, enforcing cleanliness protocols, and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations. Candidates with prior experience in kitchen management and familiarity with inventory systems will be given preference.
