Job Description
J7 Emporium is seeking a dedicated Document Controller / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and verifying subcontractor bills, organizing project documentation, and assisting the Quantity Surveyor with daily responsibilities. Effective coordination with both internal departments and external vendors is crucial for success.
Key Skills Required: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, exceptional organizational abilities, and strong multitasking skills are essential. Effective communication and teamwork are also critical to this role.
Preferred Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, along with 4-5 years of experience in real estate construction.
This position offers a competitive salary of up to Rs60,00.00 per month.
