Job Description

Indigo Developers is actively seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee and enhance project cost management during the construction phase. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for preparing precise cost estimates, tracking project expenditures, managing contracts, and uncovering cost-saving opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Monitor project expenses and enforce effective cost control measures.
• Administer contracts and address any related challenges.
• Identify and recommend cost-saving strategies that maintain quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Possession of a valid PEC number is required.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs150,00 – Rs250,00 per month

Location: Lahore, in-office attendance required.
