Job Description
Job Summary: We are actively seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to oversee essential human resource functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities and relevant HR operational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support the implementation of HR policies.
- Manage attendance and payroll activities.
- Address employee inquiries.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
Requirements: A degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of HR experience is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office is required.
