Job Description
HR Ways seeks a full-time, in-person Cold Calling Specialist in Islamabad. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Media Studies, Computer Science, or a related field, with 1–2 years of experience (IT experience preferred).
- Core skills: cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, bidding on Upwork/Fiverr, familiarity with Clutch.io and Bark.
- Responsibilities: lead generation, cold outreach, business development, social media engagement, sales platform management, and precise documentation of activities.
- Required attributes: strong online and in-person networking, sound intuition, eagerness to learn, and a solid understanding of human behavior.
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Islamabad).
