Description: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers through phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities will include processing orders, resolving customer issues, and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills with a strong passion for assisting customers.
• At least an O Level/A Level or Intermediate qualification.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Positive, customer-oriented approach with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in customer service or international sales is advantageous.
