Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and proactive Retail Head Manager to oversee daily operations at our Bahria Phase 4 (Rawalpindi) and/or F-7 (Islamabad) stores. The successful candidate will ensure seamless store operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, maximize sales, minimize costs, and maintain exceptional customer service.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel), basic math, excellent communication, strategic planning, and management experience.
- Attributes: Honest, friendly, self-motivated, results-driven, with a passion for music and musical instruments.
Full-time, in-person. Competitive salary Rs45,00–85,00/month plus commission and bonuses.
