Job Description
Herbiotics Health Care is looking for an Assistant Human Resource Manager to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing attendance policies, overseeing employee evaluations, coordinating training initiatives, and enhancing employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and have 3 to 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industries. Proficiency in HR software, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of Pakistan’s labor laws are required.
