Job Description
Humanity & Inclusion (HI) seeks one Country Technical Specialist – Education based in Peshawar to advance inclusive education and Education in Emergencies (EiE). Reporting to the Technical Head of Program, the specialist will provide technical leadership, ensure project quality and compliance with global standards, promote technical learning, support research and innovation, and contribute to business development and emergency preparedness and response.
- Key skills: fluency in Pashto and Urdu, excellent written English, experience in inclusive education, project design, monitoring, partner capacity building, and advocacy.
- Responsibilities include representation in local networks, proposal development, partner support, and strict adherence to safeguarding, PSEA, and safer recruitment procedures.
