Job Description
Hadron Solar seeks a full-time, on-site Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Engineer to support and optimize our Risalpur solar facility. Responsibilities include routine inspection and maintenance of PV modules, inverters, and transformers; diagnosing and resolving electrical and technical faults; monitoring plant operations; analyzing performance data; and preparing maintenance and performance reports.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in solar O&M with strong knowledge of PV systems, inverters, and electrical networks
- Compensation: PKR 50,00–60,00 per month
