Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and coach the North sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. You will develop and execute regional sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and trade partners, monitor market and competitor activity, ensure merchandising and retail visibility, conduct regular market visits, and prepare accurate forecasts and performance reports. Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure flawless execution.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
- Experience: 5–7+ years in FMCG/retail sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role and an established regional market network.
