FSC Integrated Services (Pvt.) Ltd. is actively seeking dedicated and motivated candidates for the position of Phone Banking Officer at a leading bank in Pakistan. This role is based in Saddar Cantt, Lahore.

Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (official transcript or degree required).

Experience: 0-1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Age Limit: Applicants should be 32 years of age or younger.

Gender: Male candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities: The incumbent will assist customers via phone with banking inquiries and transactions, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.

Required Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in basic computer applications, are essential.
