Job Description
Fission Tech is seeking an HR Trainee to join our 6-month performance-based program, which has the potential to lead to a full-time position. This role, based in Clifton Zamzama, Karachi, will involve assisting with essential HR functions, such as onboarding, updating our HR Information System (HRIS), and supporting employee engagement initiatives. This position is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to acquire practical experience in the HR field.
Key Responsibilities: Provide support during the onboarding process, track attendance, and assist with HR-related communications.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.
