Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Tendering & Documentation Officer with hands-on experience in construction tenders, documentation, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor platforms for relevant tender opportunities.
• Prepare and submit Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and tender proposals.
• Collaborate with teams to collect necessary inputs.
• Follow up on contracts, payments, and bid results.
• Organize tender documentation and manage administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or engineering projects.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Experience in proposal and bid preparation is preferred.

Retired Armed Forces personnel are especially encouraged to apply.

Compensation: PKR 40,00 – 50,00 per month, along with performance-based commissions.
