Experts Communication is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center settings, along with outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: 40,00 – 60,00 PKR

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

Manage calls, provide excellent customer support, resolve inquiries, and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

A minimum of 1 year of experience, strong communication skills, and availability for night shifts are required.
