Job Description
Esire is looking for a talented Technical and Fit Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will identify and resolve fit and pattern issues while ensuring accurate corrections and comprehensive follow-up. You will be responsible for approving garment construction and finishing techniques, ensuring the durability and wearability of our products.
Your key responsibilities will include conducting fit assessments, collaborating with pattern makers, and maintaining detailed technical packs. Additionally, you will oversee quality assurance checkpoints to guarantee consistency in sizing and construction across all product lines.
Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical design, preferably within the western wear sector.
