Job Description
ENCS Networks is on the lookout for a skilled HR Generalist to become an integral part of our vibrant Human Resources team. In this role, you will oversee daily HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to compliance management.
Your key responsibilities will encompass end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring adherence to HR policies.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field, along with 4-5 years of generalist experience. A strong grasp of HR operations and excellent communication skills are essential for success.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from Rs70,00.00 to Rs100,00.00. The work location is in-person at Bahria Phase 7, RWP, with working hours from 6 PM to 3 AM. Immediate joiners are preferred.
