Job Description
Electromec Engineering is currently looking for a diligent and dependable HR Operations Officer to assist with the daily management of key HR functions. The successful candidate should possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection processes for new employees.
- Support accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll.
- Manage employee records and documentation efficiently.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR matters promptly.
