Job Description
El Momento Lahore is seeking a dedicated Order Taker to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will accurately process customer orders received through phone calls, in-person visits, or online platforms, while providing outstanding customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Your primary duties will include receiving and recording orders, confirming details, and coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure prompt order delivery. Additionally, you will address customer inquiries and maintain a tidy workspace to promote efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the capability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in order-taking or customer service is preferred.
