Job Description
EdSavvy Solutions is looking for enthusiastic Female Patient Support Executives to enhance our team in Johar Town, Lahore.
Job Specifications:
- Must possess a graduation degree.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in customer support or issue resolution.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Customer-focused with high emotional intelligence.
- Self-motivated, assertive, and responsive.
Job Description: Engage with patients, coordinate appointments, and assist with prescriptions and reports.
Salary: Up to Rs 80,00/month, with performance-based bonuses.
Night shifts are required from 6 PM to 3 AM.
