Job Description
DURA MAX is currently seeking a dedicated HR Officer to enhance our Human Resources department’s daily operations. In this pivotal role, you will assist in the implementation of HR policies, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and fostering positive employee relations. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining accurate employee records, supporting payroll processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with demonstrated HR experience and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in HR software and a solid understanding of labor regulations are essential for this role.
This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs60,00.00, and work will be conducted in person.
