Job Description
We are excited to invite applications for the position of IT Support Officer at Domino’s Pizza Pakistan, located in Multan. This is a full-time role where you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless operation of all branch systems, including Pulse Servers and printers, in the North and Central regions. You will be responsible for monitoring call center systems, providing Level 1 software support, and maintaining accurate logs of any technical issues.
The ideal applicant will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, accompanied by 1-2 years of relevant IT support experience. Strong communication skills and a readiness to travel are mandatory for this role.
