Job Description
Digitech Outsourcing Solution is urgently seeking a Cold Caller / Sales Development Executive (SDE) to enhance our outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability in lead generation.
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls, engage with decision-makers, and ensure accurate record-keeping in our CRM system.
Compensation: A basic salary ranging from Rs. 80,00 to Rs. 90,00, along with sales commissions and annual increments.
Location: Lahore (in-person)
Job Type: Full-time. A background in sales or lead generation is essential, preferably within the real estate sector. Candidates must be available for the 8 PM to 5 AM shift.
