Job Description

The People & Culture Specialist will cultivate an inclusive workplace and oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management programs. This role emphasizes proactive engagement, clear policy implementation, and continuous improvement to support retention and productivity.

• Lead hiring and onboarding processes, administer benefits, and maintain HRIS accuracy.
• Address employee relations professionally and coordinate performance and development initiatives.
• Collaborate with leaders to design culture initiatives, training, and metrics-driven improvements.

Qualifications: 3+ years of HR experience, strong written and verbal communication, familiarity with HRIS, benefits administration, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
