Job Description
Dekalb Trade Voice is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Assistant HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will take charge of managing open positions, maintaining our recruitment tracker, crafting and updating job descriptions, designing engaging job posters for social media, and advertising vacancies across multiple hiring platforms.
Your responsibilities will also include screening candidates, conducting initial phone interviews, facilitating final interviews with management, and managing the onboarding process for new employees.
This position offers full-time, internship, or entry-level opportunities with a contract duration of six months. Compensation ranges from Rs40,00.00 to Rs45,00.00 per month, and this is an in-person role.
