Job Description
We are seeking a Confluent Kafka Tech Lead to architect, deploy, and optimize real-time streaming solutions on the Confluent Platform. You will lead a small engineering team, design scalable and highly available Kafka architectures, tune performance, enforce security best practices, and integrate event-driven services with microservices on Kubernetes.
- 5+ years with Kafka/Confluent; strong Java or Scala skills
- Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Prometheus/Grafana monitoring
- Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills
The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise with the ability to mentor engineers and deliver robust, production-ready streaming systems.
