Job Description
Compass Training and Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is currently searching for a dedicated Household Supervisor to manage all operational aspects of a household. The ideal candidate will lead household staff, ensuring that the home is clean and organized, while efficiently managing tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
Key responsibilities include assigning duties, monitoring staff performance, maintaining an inventory of household supplies, coordinating with service providers, and providing regular reports to the homeowner.
Qualifications for this role include a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Urdu. We are offering a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs40,00.00.
