Job Description
Chase Value is actively seeking a committed Senior Executive Training Professional to assess training needs and design dynamic training programs. The ideal candidate will ensure that training materials are both accurate and effective while collaborating with trainers to develop high-quality content. Key responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness, maintaining comprehensive training records, and managing the training budget.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of experience in training or human resources. Candidates should possess strong skills in managing training modules within MiHCM and ESS functionalities, as well as assisting with new learning and development initiatives.
