Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to join our team at Caps IT Solutions. In this role, you will initiate cold calls to international clients in the US, UK, and AU markets, focusing on promoting our web and mobile app development, cloud solutions, UI/UX design, and digital marketing services.
Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 1-year experience in cold calling or B2B sales, demonstrate excellent English communication skills, and have a fundamental knowledge of web and app development, as well as digital marketing strategies.
