Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous Accounts Executive to join our team. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at fostering financial accuracy and accountability. Key duties include:
- Daily Transactions & Bookkeeping: Accurately posting all daily transactions.
- Month-End Closing: Finalizing month-end tasks and producing concise financial reports.
- Inventory Management: Managing inventory accounting and ensuring precise valuation.
- Bank Reconciliation: Performing daily bank reconciliations to uphold cash flow integrity.
- Accounts Payable (A/P) & Accounts Receivable (A/R): Facilitating timely payments and collections.
- Financial Reporting: Generating detailed monthly and year-end financial statements.
- Organizational Skills: Maintaining an organized workflow to meet deadlines.
