Job Description
Cabcall Outsource SMC Pvt Ltd is currently looking for a driven Network Intern to join our Call Center team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and system management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Assist call center agents with immediate technical challenges.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Oversee IT systems and contribute to system maintenance.
- Provide support for software troubleshooting and updates.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, fundamental knowledge of hardware and operating systems, and outstanding communication skills are required.
